Stained Glass Grand Hotel (Liverpool, Merseyside)FIRED ENAMEL/STAINED GLASS The pictures below show stained glass panels which we reproduced from the broken originals. The work was carried out at The Grand Hotel in Liverpool. Each panel measured 1220X610mm. We copied and replaced twenty eight panels in all, there were three different designs. Our specialist field is being able to silk screen several different glass enamels on to one sheet of glass in a design form. This is not a new method of creating stained glass panels. it is in fact an old method which we have developed using modern techniques. |

Stained Glass Oversized Door Panel (Pearsons Glass Ltd, Merseyside)The pictures of the door panel below was copied and reproduced from one broken piece of the original. The border design was very intricate and quit hard to copy and lay out .The coloured border was fired in the kiln, then the design was etched out of the glass. This design was very unusual and also very affective, as the coloured border looked fantastic with etched glass. |
